Chatbots are becoming very popular these days. They can take orders, raise a support ticket, guide your customers and do a lot of things. Every business will need a chatbot. Basically, there are two types of chatbots.

1. Rule Based Chatbots: These chatbots can answer any type of questions. You can add any number of questions and corresponding answers in the spreadsheet type interface provided. Chatbot will automatically answer any question if it finds the answer in the spreadsheet. This type of chatbot best suits for FAQs and Generic questions. 
   
2. Natural Language Understanding Chatbots: These chatbots can interact with users in natural language and can answer any domain specific question. For e.g. Insurance chatbot can help your customer find an insurance or a Restaurant chatbot can help with restaurant reservations. Similarly, a Survey chatbot can do a customer survey etc.
