I will create you a discord bot of your choice with the features you want. If you want, I can also expand on existing code, but it should be code in c#. I write my bots in c# on the .net core platform, so the bots will be able to run on Windows, Linux, and even macros, so there will be no hosting problems. If I'm almost done with the bot, I will ask you if I included all the features you wanted and you can even tell me to change a few small things afterward. Note: these can't be big things like adding a new command, but they are small things like: change this text or slightly change the working of this command. Requests will be reviewed on a request to request basis.
