There are lots of platforms like Chatfuel or Watson where people can build their own chatbots with an specific flow using buttons or predefined text. I develop my own neural networks which can understand a comprehensive universe of requests from the user, no matter how they write them. This is advantageous for customer service because it feels more natural, like talking to a community manager instead of a bot.
