(2) Customer will select product category

(3) Product category items will be shown in a gallery format

(5) If Know More is pressed, more details about the product item will be shown

(6) If Added to Cart, customer will be asked for quantity and variation, if any, The item will be added to cart

(7) Once added to cart, customer will be asked to search for other items on the same category or search for other items on a different category

(8) Once customer is ready for checkout, they will be asked for contact details and payment method.

(9) Once payment method is selected, chatbot will ask to confirm the order.

(10) Once order is confirmed, you will get an email for the purchase and will be added to GSheets.
