I can write a bot using Python which is a self-bot, meaning it does not require administrator admission into a server in order for it to work and is basically an automated user account.
This however does not mean it can DM spam, because the Discord detection is too good, however, it can be used for things such as spying on users and bumping on Disboard periodically.
