I will create a chat bot based on my own technology which can answer all the common questions users may have about your product. The bot can be hosted on your web site or a messaging platform of your choice (I support Telegram, Slack, Discord & Viber and can add any other platform on demand).
Your chat bot can speak English, German or both.
The bot is easy to extend/modify later; you can do this yourself through a simple web interface.
It is my belief that bad chat bots are annoying, so I always strive for the highest conversation quality. Here are some more standard features:
- Bot is added to your web site by including one line of HTML
- Understands typos and synonyms
- Works on desktop and mobile
- Conversation with user is kept across visits
- Can serve input forms (e.g. contact form)
