I will make you a custom forward bot in Python for Telegram, that forwards messages from one or more groups to other group, the bot shouldn't take too much time (less than 2-3 days if I have all the needed information) and the price will depend on what are you needs, but if you don't like the price we can reach an agreement.
NOTE: If you are going to use your own user account instead a bot account, you will NEED to login to the API, so if you don't trust me I can't make you the bot.
