I can write you a very useful personal Facebook Messenger bot than can help you do many simple things. It could tag everyone on a group when someone types @everyone, just like on Discord, or send a random meme, tell a joke, or other fun things that you wish.
IMPORTANT: This is a bot based on *personal* Facebook accounts, NOT sites! It's unofficial, and it cannot function as some important enterprise thing. If Facebook detects some weird activity, it could be blocked. In such case, you would need to verify bot's your account, or create a new one.
But it should be fine :)
Bot will be written in Python, basing on fbchat library. You need to provide hosting for it yourself. You can host it on some paid server, or just your computer or Raspberry Pi - no need for super complex network setup, thanks to the fact that it works on normal account - not a site.
