This gig will allow for purchasers to provide a set of questions or prompts they either want to ask users or have users be able to ask. From there, the chatbot will take over and provide the necessary responses to the end-user. This could be through the use of commands to look up customer information, questions for their customers to fill out, package tracking, and more! The bot is hosted on AWS and written completely in Python with the Twilio REST API.Examples include:
- Alerts for news, product launches, or more
- Automated package tracking and notifications
- Coupons and mailing lists
- and so much more!
Hosting is guaranteed for 6 months with discussions for extensions allowed. Maintenance is at my discretion but may be free in cases of wrongdoing or security flaws.
