I'm offering development of twilio sms auto responder and IVR (voice Application)
1. We have developed this system for my client who has tons of data in google sheet which includes Customers Company and address. What the IVR does is they ring enter vendor id then it validates the vendor id if it exists it reads their company name and address and flow goes on. If company name and address is correct there is column in google sheet called opt-out it goes YES.
2. We have developed IOS mobile App using twilio voice recording feature that can record your incoming and outgoing voice calls and save them inside the app
3. Developed IOS app using twilio voice api and twilio number which has following features :
App to app calling
App to Sim calling
Sim to App calling
4. Integrated slack and twilio sms api to create a slack thread on which one can see incoming messages and reply to them as well using slack
