I can create Discord bots using discord.js, one of the few APIs that fully communicate with the Discord API. This means the bot could do almost anything you could ask it to that is achievable on Discord. I currently also work on one of the largest bots on discord, which is Pepe Bot. To host your bot, we can use AWS (free) or another platform that you can host it on. I would also be glad to show you some ideas of features that you could add.
