All this can be negated by our bot which is actually like your personal assistant. You just have to mark your preferences and it does all the 2 and fro with your guest which is not at all overwhelming. Your guest need not write emails and all they have to do is mark options or one-word answers over an engaging chat.

The bot can provide venue suggestions as per the food, ambiance, time preference of both host and the guest. The bot also sends out reminders and post meeting messages.
