I will design the chatbot that you need in order to support your business,Organization,Web Site or Social media channel. These channels include Messenger, Skype, Slack, etc.In Silverbot and Gold bot packages I would be using Azure for bot creation.
However the platinum package would include a bot made from scratch and which could be deployed in several platforms.
I am a AI Engineer by profession and with some experience in Information Security as well.
