I will provide you a BOT written in Java and configured based on your needs. It can scrape a list of usernames from groups (even those with 10K+ members) and provide it to you in a txt file.
You can do unlimited requests, every time you need an updated list.

With the premium package you can also scrape from every public group on Telegram.
All this is controlled in a private Telegram BOT. All txt files will also be sent there!
