I will create a Custom Twitch Bot for you with your requested commands/features.
The bot will be written in Python and I will help you get the bot running on your own computer or server.

I am happy to also do any other features you would need.
Basically, if you have seen some other bot do a specific feature then I can most likely make my bots do the same thing.
