I will create a Telegram Bot for you. You can use the bot to log conversations of channels it's on, respond to user commands such as returning a file through Telegram, via a download url or a chunk of text read from a database. I will set up a web scrape task for you if you need the content to be pulled from a website. Users can also register themselves through a wizard onto some mailing list.Functionality
- Return resource/contact card based on a user command
- React to the contents of a private chat (paste a recognisable url and the bot will initiate a task to download something, do some long-running processing on the thing and then send you a chat message/email) that the task is completed after prompting the user for additional information.
- Schedule reminders / do system monitoring
- Integrate (almost) any API with the bot
Technical
- You can run the bot from your home PC. I will give you a full walk-through on installation and setup.
- Python Flask Webhook app (do not use polling as push vs pull is better)
- Celery (for offline task processing)
- Celery Beat (scheduled tasks)
- DLib (facial recognition)
- MySql Database (for persistent data features)
